How do I place Order?

Follow these steps to quickly place the order:

1. At Home Page (www.jewellersnite.com) or Top Left corner you can explore the Categories. Select your favorite category and start adding the products in the cart with a single click.

After adding products, Click on “My Cart” and proceed to Checkout.

3. You can Checkout by Creating an Account/Sign-in  (Fill Correct Shipping Details for Accurate Tracking of your order).

4. Click on “Continue to Payment”. Select your preferred Payment Gateway, Pay the Amount, and Confirm Your Order.

5. You will receive the Confirmation Email and SMS once the order is successfully placed.

Is my personal information safe?

It is absolutely secure, don’t you worry! We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It’ll just help us understand you better so that we can provide you better services in the future.

I am not getting a discount even after applying the discount coupon?

Sometimes a coupon has a maximum discount that can be availed by applying it. If the coupon discount along with the item discount exceeds that threshold, you may not be able to get additional discounts. To avail of maximum benefits please look for products that aren’t already discounted. Still confused! Don’t worry a bit!  Write to us at support@jewellersnite.com and We’d help you fetch the best deal.

How do I check if the order is confirmed?

Once you successfully place an order you will receive a confirmation mail and the same will also reflect under Orders in your account on our website.

How do I close my account?

Login to Jewellersnite and open my account and select the close account and confirm the password.

How do I place a cancellation request on Jewellersnite?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us a call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in the next 24 hours of time (If not dispatched)

Why was my order canceled by Jewellersnite?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been canceled due to any of the following reasons.

  • If the product is out of stock or is discontinued.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
  • Issues in the quality of the product.

Can I cancel my order after it has been despatched?

Unfortunately, that will not be possible as your order must be already on its way to reach you anytime soon.

How and when would I get the refund?

We take approximately 7-10 working days to process the refund from the date of receiving the refund request.

The various modes of doing refunds are Bank transfers or through UPI payment gateways.

Does Jewellersnite ensure a 100% refund in case of a Cancellation?

Absolutely! We refund the entire amount and credit to your wallet to be used for future shopping with us. However, we must add that seeing you Cancelling the order isn’t a happy thing for us.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card, or Credit Card?

We have trusted and secured payment gateways. It is completely secure to pay online via Credit Card, Debit Card, and net banking transactions.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

The COD option might not be available because of the following reasons:

1. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

2.The products ordered are not available for the COD option.

How long will the delivery take?

It’s really quick! We strive to deliver all our orders/products as soon as the payment gets credited to our account. Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 2 – 10 working days.

Do you deliver across India?

That’s a big dream and we’re sure we’ll achieve it soon! We strive to deliver to all the pin codes of India. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address. If even that is not possible we will refund the amount to your account within 7-10 working days.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order.
